Welcome, Gamer. By accessing or "jacking in" to the PlayGalaxy service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use The Service.

1. Code of Conduct (The Rules)

Your right to use The Service is dependent on your compliance with our code of conduct. You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with The Service.
• Engage in any "griefing," disruptive, or toxic behavior. This includes harassment, threats, or any other behavior that ruins the experience for other users.
• Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of The Service.
• Transmit any data that contains viruses, trojan horses, or other "malware."

Violation of these rules may result in the immediate suspension or block of your access to The Service.

2. Virtual Goods & Currency

The Service may include virtual in-game items, skins, or currency ("Virtual Goods"). You acknowledge that these Virtual Goods are a limited license right for your personal, non-commercial use. They are not property and have no "real world" monetary value. PlayGalaxy may manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Goods at any time, with or without notice.

3. Termination of Service

PlayGalaxy reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to The Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

4. Disclaimers (No Warranty)

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We provide no warranties that The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use The Service at your own risk. We are not responsible for any data loss or "save corruption."
